Business Office

The Business Office consists of the Benefits Coordinator and Claims processing. The Benefits Coordinator is the liaison between the patient and third party resources. The billing staff is responsible for claims processing for private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid, pursuing and posting collections and the maintenance of these records.
